Introduction : The extrusion die of aluminum extrusion work at the condition of strong extrusion force and high temperature, it needs to stand the very strong friction. So after the extrusion die used a certain time, it needs to use the nitriding furnace to do hardening process. Nitriding furnace is used the ammonia gas to resolve into nitrogen for nitriding process.
Product Description : Nitriding process divides into two kinds: one is gas nitriding which used the ammonia gas for medium: the other is liquid nitriding which used the nitrate liquid as medium also call “salt bath”.
